Why are you only taking PREORDERS
My products are batch produced to minimise environmental impact. As such I have extended PREORDER periods to ensure I print the exact number of products needed.
Currently taking PREORDERS for 2027 planners! Order early to ensure you get your new planner arrives ahead of starting the new year!

Any out of stock products may be restocked an made available for sale through our etsy store which you can find here.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
When will I get my order?
Once orders have been proceesssed, you will receive shipping confirmation and I work as quickly as possible to get orders shipped promptly. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
If this isn't the case, let me know and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.
While I can accept returns for used products, please get in touch if your prodct arrives faulty or damaged.
Where are your products manufactured?
My products are designed locally and manufactured both in UK and China. I have taken time to carefully select my manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
