How much does shipping cost?
Shipping free with MOQ for Mainland UK orders. For international orders, shipping pricing provided on request.
When will I get my order?
Lead times are roughly 8 weeks. Once your order has been processed, your order should be fulfilled by your requested date.
What is the return policy?
My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
If this isn't the case, let me know and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.
While I can't accept returns for used products, please get in touch if your product arrives faulty or damaged.
Where are your products manufactured?
My products are designed locally and manufactured both in UK and China. I have taken time to carefully select my manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
